• Orders must be placed through the Vashon Eats website order form.

• Please do not contact restaurants directly, we handle all coordination for you

Fees & Payment

• Payment is required before delivery.

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Vashon Eats gift cards.

• Cash and third-party payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, etc.) are not accepted.

• Applicable fees are disclosed on our Delivery Rates page prior to placing an order.

Delivery

• Distance fees vary based on distance and location on the island.

• Applicable mileage rates are communicated on our Delivery Rates page.

Timing & Availability

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to restaurant prep times, traffic, weather, or ferry traffic.

• During peak hours, special events, or limited staffing, availability may be reduced.

Cancellations & Changes

• Once an order has been placed with the restaurant, it cannot be canceled or changed.

• If a restaurant is unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you with options.

Refunds

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched.

Service Area

• Vashon Eats delivers throughout Vashon Island.

• Some remote locations may require additional delivery fees due to distance.

Food Responsibility

• Restaurants are responsible for food preparation, quality and order accuracy.

• Vashon Eats is responsible for pickup and delivery.
